A Touch of Magic Designs accepts payment via PayPal. You can pay by credit card, bank transfer or from your checking or savings account via PayPal. Just sign up for free at http://www.paypal.com.

Shipments

We ship via UPS. Customized items are shipped in 5-10 business days. If there is any additional time needed to complete your order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity of cancel the order.

Charges:

$.01 – $45.00 = $10.00
$45.01-$85.00 = $16.00    
$85.01-$100.00 = $21.00    
$100.01-$200.00 = $27.00       
$200.01 and up = $35.00
 
Shipping charges are for Continental US only. Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii may have higher charges for shipping. We will notify you of additional charges prior to shipping.

Returns

Orders for personalized/customized items are final!

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery by e-mailing us using the Contact Us button. Please describe why you want to return your purchase. We will issue a Return Authorization number that you will need to put clearly on the outside of the package. Please wrap the package securely as we can accept only those returned items that we receive in first-rate condition. We advise you to return the package requiring a signature confirmation for you own protection. We will make every effort to correct the problem or issue a store credit to be used toward a future purchase, as we do not give credit or cash refunds.

Should you original shipment have arrived damaged, notify us immediately. Be sure to keep all packaging materials so that we make a claim for replacement on your behalf.
